This exciting crossover camp introduces teens to the creative possibilities of combining flameworking and kilnforming! Students will start by learning how to safely shape glass using a torch to create colorful elements like petals, dots, and twisted cane. After annealing, these handmade components will be brought into the kilnforming studio, where students will design and fuse them into a one-of-a-kind glass platter. Flameworking and kilnforming are less physically demanding than glassblowing in the Hot Shop, making this camp a fun and accessible way for teens to explore the fascinating world of glass.

Ages 13-17

Cancellation and refund policy

Prior to camp start date parents/guardians are required to submit a Minor Liability Release Form & Emergency Contact Form.
