Teen Camp: Kilncasting
This one-week Kilncasting Camp introduces teens to the art and science of forming glass through mold making. Students will explore open-faced kiln casting—placing glass into molds and melting it in a kiln to create textured, detailed designs. This process encourages expressive experimentation with color, surface, and depth, all while staying cool and learning the fundamentals of glass casting.
Throughout the week, students will develop safe studio practices and gain confidence working with glass as a creative material.
Ages 13-18
Prior to camp start date parents/guardians are required to submit a Minor Liability Release Form & Emergency Contact Form.
