Kids Camp: Fired Up 2.0
This five-day camp introduces students to the magic of working with glass in its many forms. Throughout the week, participants will explore sandcasting—ladling molten glass into sand molds—mosaics using colorful glass pieces to create designs, and flameworking by melting glass over a torch. Students will learn to safely use glass as a means of artistic expression while creating a series of unique glass sculptures.
Our Summer Camps use hands-on glassmaking to build valuable skills such as teamwork, creative problem-solving, and effective communication with peers and instructors. This camp is also a great fit for students who have previously taken our original Fired Up! camp and are interested in new projects and processes.
Ages 9-12
Monday-Friday 9am-12pm
Prior to camp start date parents/guardians are required to submit a Minor Liability Release Form & Emergency Contact Form.
