In this crash course, students will select an image, design a pattern, and learn the basics of glass mosaic, including choosing glass, cutting tesserae, and applying recommended techniques. After cutting and adhering their pieces, students will grout and finish a 6”x6” tile (or two, depending on pace) that can be displayed or used as a coaster with optional sealing and felt pads.
No experience required.
$160/person. All materials are provided.
