Join us for an exhibition reception and artist talk with glass artist Carolyn Spears for her solo exhibition Power of Place. The exhibit will be on view from July 14 - Sept 29, 2023.

We will also be hosting an Open House featuring live glassblowing, flameworking, and stained glass demonstrations throughout the evening! While observing the artists at work you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn a little about the process. You may arrive and leave any time. Appropriate for ages 8+; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Travel & Parking: We are located on the corner next to Solcana Fitness and across the street from the Growing Lots Urban Farm. Our entrance is facing E 22nd St, beside a garage door and a small parking lot. Additional parking is available on the surrounding streets. Disability parking available in the lot. One block to Hwy 55/Hiawatha Ave. Two blocks to entrance to I-94. Two blocks to Franklin LRT Station
Due to the construction on Minnehaha Ave restricting parking street spaces, Foci MCGA has reserved the parking lot from a neighboring business, A-Craft Windows. Please use their parking lot on Snelling Ave! View the images below:

Metro Transit: Nearest bus stops are #56504 (22nd St E & Cedar Ave S) and #16444 (Minnehaha Ave S & 22nd St E), both on Route 9. Nearest light rail station is on Franklin Avenue (Blue Line). Both stops are within a five minute walk from the studio.
