Strategic Plan

Foci MCGA is committed to strengthening its programs and growing our community, this plan represents a strategic agenda for 2020-2022. We created this with input from Foci MCGA members, board directors, staff, community partners and supporters, as well as insights from fellow glass arts organizations across the country. Through this process, we have affirmed a new mission statement and values that recognizes the organization’s commitment to form a strong community of glass makers and enthusiasts. Most importantly, this plan was a collaborative process that engaged members, board of directors, and staff, capturing and synthesizing important and meaningful insights throughout the process. Creation In Common, a nonprofit capacity-building consultancy, was engaged to help facilitate the planning process.
